With our Guest Packages, you cover the cost upfront so your guests can enjoy the experience without worrying about payment. Each guest receives one menu item of their choice from our full selection.
Perfect for large gatherings, public events, or flexible budgets.
We bring the full food truck experience to your event, serving all menu items including funnel cakes, elephant ears, and cotton candy. With this option, guests simply order and pay for their own treats, just like they would at a festival.
This package includes full setup, service, and breakdown—so you get the energy and excitement of a live dessert truck without covering the cost of individual orders.
Best for: Open events, corporate pop-ups, school functions, and parties where guests prefer to choose and pay for their own items.
Treat up to 250 guests to one menu item each from our full selection. We handle setup, service, and cleanup while your guests enjoy fresh, made-to-order treats—no payment needed.
Additional items per guest can be added.

Carnival Craze is a proud Black-owned, family-operated food truck business officially launched in 2024. Our roots go back to 2007, when we first brought joy to families as Circus Funatics inside Glenbrook Mall. After a period of thoughtful regrouping and growth, we returned stronger and more focused than ever.
